Starting July 1, Californians must abide by a new state law requiring drivers to use a hands-free device with their cell phone. If you haven't bought one yet, Metro PCS is offering a free cell phone ear piece, thanks to a tip from The Bargain Hunter. Pick one up from Monday, June 2 until Sunday June 8.
