When is the best time to buy a swimsuit? Now! The best bargains are right before the end of summer when retailers are trying to move merchandise to prepare for fall arrivals. Here's a list of the hottest online sales:

Amazon.com: Miracle swimsuits that normally retail for $130 are now an unbelievable low price of $30+ at Amazon.com.
